Be Wiser Insurance launches recruitment drive
Be Wiser Insurance has launched a major recruitment drive with 120 apprenticeships roles to be filled in the next few months.
The independent broker which is based in Andover is looking for 120 new recruits of all levels between now and October. And, with students receiving A-level and GCSE results this month, chairman Mark Bower-Dyke says now is the perfect time to attract the very best new recruits.
“This is an excellent chance for potential employees from all kinds of backgrounds - but particularly those just leaving school, college or university - to come and join us. We have a strong commitment to training and development, and successful applicants will join our award-winning apprenticeship programme that paves the way to an excellent career here at Be Wiser.”
The broker was recently honoured at the British Insurance Awards for the quality of its training, both of its own staff and those of the whole industry.
“The fact that we employ more than 600 people and run the largest apprenticeship scheme in the insurance industry, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to staff development,’’ added Mark.
“These are the cornerstones of our continued growth and success. Anyone keen to join our successful and supportive team should get in contact for information about how they can become one of our 120 new employees - and take their place at The Wiser Academy.”
The Wiser Academy offers a range of tailor-made courses for all levels of insurance personnel with a team of 18 in-house staff delivering industry registered certificates.
Stewart Dunn, chief executive of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce said, “We are delighted to hear that Be Wiser Insurance is encouraging young people leaving school and university to join its award winning apprenticeship scheme. The programme offers those embarking into the world of work an excellent opportunity in starting a worthwhile career with a Hampshire organisation.”
