Northamptonshire couple fast-track to brand new home

While government backed initiatives continue to offer assistance to first time buyers, providing a shot in the arm for the property market, further up the chain families can struggle to sell their existing home.

Leading housebuilder Persimmon Homes Midlands offers a practical solution to the problem through its popular Part Exchange scheme, with one Northamptonshire couple recently fast-tracking their way into their dream home.

Toni and Mark Copp moved into a four bedroom detached home on The Paddocks development in Bugbrooke, where a beautiful range of properties fit seamlessly into this pretty and popular village.

Toni said: “We already lived in the village, and over lunch one day decided to go and have a look at The Paddocks. Seven weeks later – to the day – we moved in!

“We used Persimmon’s Part Exchange scheme, and things could not have run more smoothly. The brilliant sales team at The Paddocks took all of the worry and hassle out of selling our existing property.”

High praise indeed from Toni, who actually works for Persimmon as a sales advisor at nearby development Berryfields, in Wootton.

Toni and Mark, and their six-year-old daughter, love their new home. “We are thrilled with both the house, which backs onto open countryside, and with the development which has a really quiet, rural feel about it.

Claire Davidson, Head of Sales for Persimmon Midlands said: “Persimmon’s Part Exchange scheme takes all of the hassle out of moving house.

“We guarantee a buyer for your property, there is no chain to break and you can stay in your current home until your new home is ready to move in which saves you time and money.”

Just four detached, four bedroom properties remain at The Paddocks, starting in price at £319,950.

Bugbrooke has a range of essential village facilities including a doctors’ surgery, a post office and three pubs. Sports available include football, cricket, bowls and rugby and the Grand Union canal is within close proximity.
