NE Stress(ed) Guru Caters For Success
North-East based performance and well-being expert, travels to Milan to work with McDonald’s European Operations Team
McDonald’s is constantly striving to be a modern progressive burger company so, with the European Operations Team at the forefront of cutting edge development, Stress(ed) Guru and MD of Algeo Training Limited Dave Algeo, was on hand to help the team plan for the upcoming changes.
Dave said: “The Operations Team of McDonald’s Europe are a high performing team who always strive to raise the bar. My work with the group was to develop their already high level understanding of how to effectively communicate and influence others.”
Dave Watchman, Head of the European Operations Team said: “Our team is at the intersection of shaping market demands across Europe. Algeo Training Limited works with organisations from public sector and the corporate world, helping them raise performance, develop resilience whilst enhancing well-being. A 2014 report from the Department for Business and Innovation found that workplaces with ‘very satisfied’ employees have higher labour productivity, higher quality of output and higher overall performance than those with less satisfied employees.
