New employee on-boarding portal for Northgate UK

ResourceBank has launched a new bespoke employee on-boarding portal for its long-standing RPO client Northgate plc. The secure web portal gives new Northgate employees direct access to everything they need to read and complete during the on-boarding process.

The responsive portal is accessible through mobile devices and tablets, as well as desktop PCs and its implementation will significantly speed-up the time it takes to complete and return documentation. In addition, the use of the portal rather than printed documentation is set to reduce ResourceBank’s use of paper by approximately 50,000 sheets every year.

The portal has been developed by ResourceBank, with close support from Northgate’s HR team, using the leading Avature ATS/CRM system as the platform.
