Demand for York’s St Leonard’s Place initiates next release

Due to the success of the initial launch of York’s St Leonard’s Place development, the next sales release has been brought forward.

Leeds-based property group Rushbond is transforming the Grade II* listed regency crescent in York’s cultural heart into five townhouses, 29 grand apartments and six mews homes.

Mark Finch, director of Real Estate at Rushbond, said: “St Leonard’s Place, being surrounded by York’s finest buildings and fabulous parks, has such a rich heritage that we hoped it would be of interest to people wanting to live in the heart of the city and it certainly is proving to be.

Savills in York is marketing the scheme and will now be launching the next sales release on Saturday 12th September 2015. This release includes a further mix of townhouses, mews homes and apartments.
