Leading housebuilder opens first phase of Luton development
A regional housebuilder has brought much needed new homes to Bedfordshire, with the first properties from their latest development being released for sale.
Industry leader Persimmon Homes North London has taken the wraps off the first phase of its development at Dallow Place in Luton, bringing a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes to the area.
Located just one mile outside of Luton town centre, the development has excellent transport links and provides urban living in a thriving town.
More than £4bn has been invested into the town in recent times, adding to Luton’s popularity. Dozens of eager house hunters have been anticipating the launch of Dallow Place and the first opportunity to purchase takes place from the Icon Hotel on Stuart Street on Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 4pm.
Greg Kaye, Head of Sales at Persimmon Homes North London, said: “We are delighted to be launching the first phase of Dallow Place in Luton, an exciting development that encapsulates the regeneration of the area.
“Enquiries for Dallow Place have been encouraging and we already have a number of appointments booked in for the weekend.”
“There are a range of homes available, meaning the development has something for everyone at different stages of life, from first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder, to growing families and investors.”
Dallow Place has a range of amenities on its doorstep, with The Mall shopping centre being just over a mile away. There is also a wide selection of restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and clubs as Luton benefits greatly from its rich variety of communities and diverse culture.
Greg added: “We are expecting this development to be extremely popular and we’d urge house hunters to come and visit as soon as possible to reserve their property at Dallow Place.
“By purchasing a new build home with Persimmon Homes, buyers may be eligible for the government’s purchasing scheme, Help to Buy.
“Help to Buy allows buyers to secure a brand new home with as little as a five per cent deposit a mortgage of just 75% and the remaining 20% in the form of an interest free government loan, repayable in the same time period as the mortgage.
“Alternatively those who need to sell their current home will appreciate the ease of the Persimmon’s Part Exchange scheme – this allows purchasers to move quickly and easily without the worry and headache of finding a buyer.”
