Homes in demand at Radstock development
A new housing development in Radstock has proved popular with buyers since it opened its doors a few weeks ago.
Haywood Heights, set within the quiet suburb of Writhlington, is the latest development by Persimmon Homes Wessex where 53 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are being built.
Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Wessex, said: “We opened Haywood Heights last month and already have firm reservations on eight homes, with lots of interest on a number of other plots.
“We have a stunning showhome at this development that perfectly demonstrates what Haywood Heights has to offer.
“The three bedroom detached ‘Clayton’ is a lovely traditional family home with a spacious living room which opens out onto the rear garden and a modern dual aspect kitchen / dining room – perfect for entertaining.
“Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en suite to the master bedroom.
“Prices start at £162,995 and we are able to offer the Help to Buy shared equity scheme, which means you only need a five per cent deposit to secure the home of your dreams.”
The sales office at Haywood Heights is open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 6pm.
