Speed Medical strengthens Merseyside presence with new office
Medical reporting firm Speed Medical is moving into a new office in the heart of Liverpool’s business district.
The Chorley-headquartered company has leased a three-year deal for a 7,866 sq ft suite on the top floor of No.1 Tithebarn Street in Liverpool city centre.
The eight-storey, 115,000 sq ft office building, located at the junction of Tithebarn Street and Old Hall Street, is owned by property firm Jolivet Group.
Simon Storer of Jolivet Group said: “No.1 Tithebarn occupies one of the best locations within the City Centre, in the heart of Liverpool’s Central Business District and with direct rail access from Moorfields Station.
“The building has an impressive double height entrance, offering the first impression that occupiers’ so often seek. We are already handling interest in the remaining space.”
He added: “We are delighted to welcome Speed Medical to our tenant mix at No.1 Tithebarn and look forward to welcoming additional occupiers in due course.”
The property is currently undergoing a refurbishment project to revamp a number of its suites. CBRE Liverpool and local commercial property consultancy Worthington Owen are the joint agents.
