Time running out for buyers in Coventry

Househunters in Coventry have a final opportunity to snap up a new home on a landmark site in the city.

The Bannerbrook Park development was built on the former home of agricultural giants Massey Ferguson by regional housebuilder Persimmon Homes Central.

Almost 800 homes have been built on the development by Persimmon over the last decade and now only 15 remain for sale.

Amanda Benjamin, head of sales for Persimmon Central, said: “We have been delighted with the response to Bannerbrook Park over a number of years now and there continues to be very strong interest.

“The site has historic significance with the Massey Ferguson connections and we are delighted that the high demand for houses right across Coventry is being replicated at this site.

“This is a final chance for people to purchase a property on this outstanding development.”

Persimmon purchased the site in 2004 and the farm machinery brand moved its European Office facility to Stoneleigh in Warwickshire.

The iconic 16-storey office block tower on the site was demolished in 2012.

The Bannerbrook Park development features of a mix of one and two bedroom apartments through to two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached properties. Persimmon Homes offers a wide range of schemes and initiatives to help meet the needs of all home buyers.
