Leeds Valley Park becomes new home to Smoothwall Ltd

Smoothwall (IT) Ltd is now the newest tenant at Leeds Valley Park after CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team secured the letting, while acting on behalf of Harbert Management Corporation (Europe) LLC and XLB Property.

Smoothwall (IT) Ltd has agreed to a 10 year lease on 10,265 sq ft of office space on the 1st floor of the Avalon office building within Leeds Valley Park. Smoothwall will be relocating from Gelderd Road due to expansion.

Leeds Valley Park is a Grade A office park which Harbert/XLB acquired last year from Goodman.

The park is recognised as one of the most significant business parks in the region, housing highly specified buildings situated at the intersection of the M1 and M621 motorways and approximately 3 miles from Junction 29 of the M62 motorway.

Leeds City Centre is 3.5 miles to the north and the park is served by several bus routes and a dedicated shuttle bus, which provide access to the city centre and the surrounding suburbs.
