Bringing La Dolce Vita to Darlington

A Darlington-based certified coach is on a mission to spread happiness across North East communities.

Emanuela Fulli hopes that through her unique style of back-to-self and holistic coaching, she can help people become ‘infected’ with happiness and truly live their lives to their full potential.

Originally from Italy, Emanuela, moved to the North East two years ago.

She believes the spirit of La Dolce Vita involves people living a life with passion about everything and being conscious about their full potential, while having a perspective and goals to achieve.

Using this philosophy, Emanuela aims to help the community re-discover themselves and believes her coaching style holds the key to making this possible.

She said: “I dream about a happy planet, and happy people means healthy people.”

“Happiness is good for the community. It is contagious and is an energy which spreads all over.”

“Being happy is possible and easier than we think, but we have to want it and make the first step towards the change.”

Emanuela started coaching in 2012, when she decided she wanted to do something that would bring value and make the difference in people’s lives.

She qualified as a Reiki 2 practitioner earlier this year and is currently carrying out training as a Humanistic Counsellor.

Emanuela has already worked with over 40 clients internationally and believes her coaching can help people from all walks of life across the health and public sector, businesses and schools.

Emanuela – who feels her coaching will have a strong and positive impact throughout the community – said: “Through working with schools and young people, I hope to create a culture of self-development from an early stage.

“I firmly believe it is important to have life skills on top of knowledge. Knowing ourselves better allows us to become leaders, to be in control of our surroundings and to have a less troubled life.”

Speaking about the impact coaching has had on them, one client, Elisna Ismail, said: “My Coaching experience was enlightening.

“It made me realise what is absolutely important in my life and that non-essential things in life are fun, but not to waste too much time on them.

“Coaching taught me to always remember and work towards the simple but very important core of what truly makes me happy, as this is what matters the most.”
