Yorkshire Healthcare companies to attend REHACARE 2015

Yorkshire companies are set to be one of the main attractions at the world’s largest assistive technologies and rehabilitation exhibition next month.

18 UK companies which are at the centre of cutting-edge solutions within the assistive technologies industry will be exhibiting their products on the Medilink UK Pavilion (3A74) in at REHACARE 2015 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The exhibition, which takes place from 14-17 October at Messe Düsseldorf, is the most important trade fair in the world for rehabilitation, prevention, integration and care.

Attracting over 50,000 visitors annually, REHACARE is seen as the ideal stepping stone for companies looking to expand globally and to meet potential new partners, with large numbers of distributors, purchasing authorities and end-users attending the show.

The global market for assistive equipment for people with a disability has been growing over the past decade, driven by the ageing populations of the advanced economies and some developing countries.

Experia – The Barnsley-based company provides market leading sensory products for every environment. Qbitus – The Halifax-based company is the leading supplier of bespoke pressure relieving cushions.
