Customer Engagement Agency Amaze One hires Bowling as Head of CRM Comms
Amaze One, a collaboration between St Ives Group-owned Occam and Amaze, has appointed Helen Bowling, marketing technology and data expert, as its Head of CRM Communications.
Reporting to Sarah Hooper, Director of Planning and CRM Communications, Bowling will be responsible for shaping the direction of the company’s CRM communications vision, as well as heading the customer targeting team. She will also be involved with campaign delivery across all Amaze One clients.
Bowling brings to the role a wealth of experience in customer acquisition and retention. She joins from Capillary Technologies, a CRM tech start-up where she was project manager on accounts such as Marks & Spencer. She was involved in campaigns that were shortlisted for the Customer Insight Project of the Year at the BT Retail Week Awards.
Bowling said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining such a future-focused agency. Sarah and I will be developing the vision and function of the company to ensure our clients enjoy communications that make an actual difference to their business. I’m looking forward to the challenge and to working with a great team.”
Neil Evans, Managing Director at Amaze One, added: “Since our launch in January, Amaze One has gone from strength to strength, and bringing Helen on board reflects this success. It’s a credit to the team as a whole that we now have a dedicated Head of CRM Communications who will ensure we maintain the high level of communications excellence that our clients have become accustomed to.”
