Reader Offers recognised at award ceremonies
Independent cruise retailer, Reader Offers Ltd, is holding double celebrations in recognition of its continual focus on staff motivation and development.
The team has won the coveted ‘Nurturing Talent’ award in The Peer Awards for Excellence People and Performance category for its CPD-accredited Cruise Academy of Excellence programme, which has been the catalyst to a dramatic increase in the promotion of internal applicants for more senior roles.
The Peer Awards win follows on from Reader Offers’ own 6th Annual Signature of Distinction Awards event, during which staff from across the company were recognised for their individual achievements.
“The development and motivation of our team is central to our growth and it’s what we believe sets us apart from the rest. Now in its sixth year The Cruise Academy of Excellence is a scheme that we use to convey how much we value each individual as an employee; we are immensely proud that its success has been recognised by the broader business community in the shape of the Peer Awards,” says Jeremy Dickinson, CEO, Reader Offers Limited. “The Cruise Academy has had an incredibly powerful impact on both the engagement and general morale of our employees. As such, we also celebrate our employees’ success by hosting our very own internal Awards ceremony, which is a great team occasion.”
