Trampoline company to launch flagship centre in Wilmslow
A Cheshire-based trampoline company is due to expand into Brooke Park, Wilmslow, after leasing a 22,183 sq ft unit at the site.
ELP Wilmslow Limited is expected to make the new Brooke Park facility the flagship offering in its network of trampolining centres, which also offer foam pits, climbing activities, cafes and party rooms for hire.
A Manchester-based team from commercial property services firm CBRE secured the 10-year deal on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management Manchester, the investment management company.
ELP Wilmslow Limited’s new space at Brooke Park, located near the retail sites at Handforth Dean and Stanley Green, is a detached unit with parking space for 50 cars.
Commenting on the deal, the associate director of industrial agency at CBRE’s Manchester office, Andrew Farrer, said: “We are delighted to have secured this lease on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management.
“The park is superbly located close to two key retail parks, and with immediate access to the A34 and Manchester Airport it is easily accessible, guaranteeing a promising future for the trampoline park.”
He added: “The adjacent unit has already been transformed into a gym and this letting will create a new leisure hub within the park.”
