It’s a double for Pinnacle Leeds’ new office suites

The first two of five newly-created suites on Floor 8 at Pinnacle Leeds, the city centre’s tallest office tower, are now occupied.

Holbeck Land Ltd has taken Suite 1 with Radiology Reporting Online moving into Suite 2, with three further available suites range from 503 sq ft. to 2,583 sq ft.

Speaking on behalf of Holbeck Land, John Barraclough said: “Our decision was simple, following our Asset Management of the building upgrade, and reflects our strong endorsement of the qualities of the Pinnacle. The building is home to a dynamic mix of businesses and is recognised as the prime location within Leeds city centre, providing ideal working space, value and excellent amenities”.

Kylie Sadler of Radiology Reporting Online (RRO) commented: “We are delighted to move into the Pinnacle. This is part of our expansion programme, which will see a new reporting centre opened in the building in December.

“With ever-growing pressure on NHS trusts to deliver increasing volumes and with the move to seven day working, RRO’s model has allowed us to scale at pace ensuring that both existing and new client requirements are met. RRO’s hub-based model provides radiologists with an environment conducive to high-quality reporting”.

The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank has advised on the leasing of the two suites.

Eamon Fox, partner and head of office agency at Knight Frank in Leeds, added: “We are delighted to have concluded these two lettings at one of the city’s most popular office buildings. Prominently located at the heart of Leeds city centre, the Pinnacle is a landmark building, which is perfectly located between the city’s historic professional core and the retail quarter.

“The building has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and offers high quality, flexible and open plan office space boasting breath-taking panoramic views over Leeds city centre. Having taken the decision to offer small suites as well as large lettings, we are very pleased with the interest from occupiers who require small suites, but who are not prepared to compromise on quality”.

Mr Fox also said: “It is the perfect location for both staff convenience and client entertainment, Pinnacle is right next door to the flourishing Trinity Leeds shopping centre and is also surrounded by many of the city’s finest bars, restaurants and high street retail stores.”

Among other Pinnacle office occupiers are Actuaries, Barnett Waddingham LLP, Optimisa Research, restructuring and recovery business, Schlumberger, FRP Advisory; Highway Consultants, Steer Davis Gleave and Blue Fin Insurance.

Retail and leisure tenants in the Pinnacle Podium include Joy, Superdrug, Nourish, Next, Pret a Manger, Greggs, Roxy Lanes and Tesco Express.

Colliers act jointly with Knight Frank on the Pinnacle building.
