Gregory Property submits plans for Pudsey residential scheme
A planning application to transform a vacant site in Pudsey into new residential houses.
has been submitted by the residential arm of Leeds based Gregory Property Group.
Gregory Projects Residential acquired the half acre site off Intake Road with a view to development after it became vacant from commercial use. The site was previously occupied by Wood-Mitchell Building Group for many years.
Gregory is proposing to build twelve two bedroom townhouses as starter homes with on-site parking.
Andrew Foggitt, Commercial Director at Gregory Property Group said, “We are pleased to acquire this particular site situated in a popular residential location.
“Much of the immediate area, previously in factory use, has been transformed to deliver much needed housing. In line with current government guidance we hope to convert this former manufacturing facility, which in planning terms is regarded as a ‘brown field site’, into houses to enable first time buyers to get onto the housing ladder.”
