Community Life Choices accommodates growing team with new HQ

Home care firm Community Life Choices intends to increase its employee count by 25% in the next 12 months after investing in a larger Preston HQ.

Increasing the company’s available workspace by 1,200 sq ft, the new premises will give Community Life Choices the capacity to grow further.

In the last year, the firm has created over 50 new jobs and increased its turnover by 150%.

Community Life Choices’ MD and founder, Alan Frew, said: “Preston has been our home since inception and our ability to grow not just within the county but on a national scale shows the strong demand for truly personalised care.

“We want to build on these solid foundations and the procurement of a larger office that we have all to ourselves is a vital part of our future growth by delivering permanent roots in the city, as well as space to expand and recruit.”

He continued: “Clients have responded well to the new space and our focus going forward is to continue employing the very best staff and transforming the lives of individuals and their families.”

Community Life Choices is expanding due to a growing demand for its home care services and now expects its turnover to exceed £1.5m by the end of the year.
