Advanced analyses big data in HR at conference

HR technology specialists from Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced) will discuss how big data and analytics can be used to effectively manage staff from recruitment to retirement at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition.

Advanced will be exhibiting on stand B120 at the UK’s largest HR event at Manchester Central on the 4th and 5th of November.

Recent research by Advanced, in partnership with Source for Consulting, has revealed that only 17% of HR professionals are using analytics technology, despite 73% admitting its importance. The survey of 297 executives in various roles from UK mid and small-sized organisations also showed that 68% of HR staff have not yet considered how analytics could be used in their department.

Advanced will be exhibiting and discussing how a strategic data-driven approach can deliver significant value to the employee lifecycle. Delegates will also be able to see demonstrations of OpenHR, the online HR management solution which includes dashboards, document management, self-service, training booking and e-recruitment through Amris, and payroll processing solution OpenPeople.
