Cheshire-based Inprova Group marks first international foray with £6.5m US deal
Procurement and technology services provider Inprova Group has made its first move into international markets after signing a 10-year deal with Boston-based HPN Select.
The agreement, worth around £6.5m, will see the Warrington-headquartered firm providing HPN Select, the procurement arm of Housing Partnership Network (HPN), with a range of procurement outsourcing services.
Inprova’s managing director, Steve Malone, said: “We planned to expand into new markets and geographies and now we are delivering on that pledge.
“HPN has a very selective membership group that are considered to be leading edge not-for-profit housing providers in the US.”
He added: “Inprova has the expertise, experience and ability to really bring together in a coordinated manner the power of the sector in the US, so that they can improve their surpluses and invest more in communities and housing stock.”
Inprova believes the deal will shore up its strategy to at least double the size of its business in the next two to three years.
Thomas Bledsoe, HPN’s president and CEO, commented: “We were looking for an organisation that could deliver high-quality results and help support the continued growth of our members and our sector.
“Inprova more than fits the bill and we’re excited to partner together on HPN Select.”
Members of the Housing Partnership Network provide housing and related services to almost 9m people across America, accounting for over $100bn (around £66bn) of community investment.
