Landmark Information Group wins at the Negotiator Awards
Landmark Information Group, which has offices in Reading, Exeter and Brighton, has been announced as the winner of the Gold award for the ‘Supplier of the Year: Technology’ category at the 2015 Negotiator Awards, which is a national awards for the residential property industry.
Described as “a gem in the industry”, Landmark was recognised for providing a complete end-to-end service that supports a large number of the touchpoints related to the lifecycle of a piece of land or property.
From supporting architects, surveyors, engineers, developers, environmental consultants and planning teams with intelligent land data and digital mapping, to supporting agents with property valuation data and floor plan drawing tools, to providing legal professionals with access to data to support the property conveyancing process.

The Negotiator Awards received over 360 entries – the highest number in its history – and has been considered by its organisers as a year of outstanding quality. Entries were submitted by estate agents, lettings agents, property managers, auctioneers and industry suppliers from every part of the UK, all hoping to be a winner at what is considered ‘the Oscars’ of residential property.
When asked why judges presented Landmark Information Group with the Gold prize for the Supplier of the Year: Technology category, Sheila Manchester, Editorial Director of The Negotiator said: “Landmark Information Group is one of the property industry’s hidden gems and demonstrates a truly great use of modern technology to help support both residential agents and the wider property industry.”
Impressionist, comedian and actor, Alistair McGowan, presented the winners with trophies at a gala reception, which took place at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
