Key acquisition for newly-formed Leeds technology company
Leeds-based Dynamics Networks Ltd has made its first acquisition since it became a stand-alone business in July this year.
The data networks, IT support, security systems and electrical services business has acquired Harrison Electrical Services of Doncaster as part of its growth strategy.
Harrison joins the 12-strong Dynamic Networks team this month, and will operate from the firm’s base in Leeds.
James Baird, managing director of Dynamic Networks, said, “We are very happy to announce this acquisition. We’re winning a lot of new contracts, and the addition of Chris and his team of skilled installers will help us maintain the high levels of service that we pride ourselves on delivering to every customer.”
Chris Harrison commented, “I’m very happy to be joining Dynamic Networks. The team has a great reputation and our respective skills and experience complement each other very well.”
Matthew Briggs, who joined the company as a non-executive director in August, added that the Dynamic Networks management team have identified three other potential acquisition targets which they will be exploring over the next quarter to achieve the firm’s ambitious growth targets.
