Five star housebuilder unveils new Reading development
New homes at Croft Gardens in Reading have proved an early hit with buyers in the region following the launch of the new David Wilson Homes development in Spencers Wood.
The development offers three and four bedroom houses together with two bedroom apartments just a short drive from the town centre – a setting which the five star housebuilder says has proved popular with visitors to the development.
“There has been tremendous interest in the new homes and our launch event was a great success with potential buyers able to visit the new development and see the quality and style on offer here,’’ said David Wilson Homes sales director Rob Allen.
“We knew interest would be high but the amount of visitors and the number of sales already have exceeded all of our expectations.’’
Homes have been designed to offer buyers a modern, stylish home in a sought-after location. “Traditionally, demand has always been high when we have unveiled a new development and with such an enviable range of homes on offer we anticipate strong levels of interest in Croft Gardens,’’ he added.
The development is in the village of Spencers Wood which has a range of local shops. The Rivermead Leisure complex is a short drive away and there is easy access to Reading town centre.
