Time running out for buyers in Wycombe
Time is running out for house hunters to buy a brand new home on a select development of just 37 properties in High Wycombe.
That’s the advice from regional housebuilder Persimmon Homes North London with just five properties remaining at Scholars Rise in Stokenchurch.
Two, three and four bedroom homes are all available on the site and the homeowner could be moved in within six weeks of reserving the house.
Greg Kaye, head of sales for Persimmon North London, said: “We have been delighted with the response at Scholars Rise and there continues to be very strong interest.
“We only have a handful of houses left to sell from £284,950 and we are reaching the point where it is the last chance for people to buy at Scholars Rise.
“The development is in a delightful location and the properties we have remaining are ideal for either someone buying their first home or a growing family looking for more space.”
The development is based in Stokenchurch, which is one of the highest villages on the Chiltern Way at 700ft and offers a wealth of green spaces.
Scholars Rise is also within close proximity to a number of local amenities and first class educational facilities, including Stokenchurch Primary School which recently received a rating of ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED.
