Software tech firm Jontek establishes new South Manchester base
Software technology firm Jontek has established a new based in South Manchester.
The move to No.1 Lakeside, a 34,000 sq ft office building at Cheadle Royal Business Park, means the property is now fully let.
Joint agents Williams Commercial and Canning O’Neill secured a 10-year lease with Jontek for 3,980 sq ft on behalf of site owner Cramer Properties.
John Mooney, managing director at Jontek, said: “When the decision came to move we wanted to ensure the new office would be well received by our employees.
“Cheadle Royal’s location, just off the M60 and the extensive amenities, means it is a highly sought after location for any South Manchester business of our size.”
Jontek, which remained unrepresented during the deal, is relocating from Bredbury, near Stockport.
Charlie Williams at Williams Commercial, said: “No. 1 Lakeside’s location and build quality has always meant it has attracted tenants of a high calibre and we are delighted to welcome Jontek to the building, bringing it to full occupation.”
