New North of England BDM for Alternative Bridging
Danny Power has joined Alternative Bridging as their Business Development Manager (BDM) for the North of England.
Danny has been active in property finance since 2003, developing relationships with northern based introducers most recently at Hope Capital and prior to that Mint Bridging. He has established strategic relationships with mortgage packagers, brokers, IFAs and networks. These activities covered a wide range of short term lending including Buy-to-Let loans and Commercial Mortgages as well as Development Finance.
Jonathan Rubins, chief executive officer of Alternative Bridging said: “We’re very excited to have Danny in our team, his presence will allow us to offer a greater focus and commitment to our northern brokers and borrowers. Although we have always provided finance across the UK we are happy to now offer a well-known local face to our company to create alliances with firms and individual brokers based in the northern areas.”
