Preston firm 3ManFactory creates video department with latest acquisition
Marketing agency 3ManFactory has expanded with the acquisition of Preston-based visual media firm Two Peculiar.
3ManFactory, which is also based in Preston, bought Two Peculiar to grow its services with the creation of an in-house video department.
The deal was funded with personal investment from 3ManFactory founders Nathaniel Cassidy, Tom Stables and James Duffel, and marks the firm’s first acquisition since it was established in 2011.
Nathaniel, managing director of 3ManFactory, said: “We see ourselves as a core services agency being able to support marketing campaigns from inception to analysis, video is no longer an add-on but a necessity.
“We’ve worked with Two Peculiar for a number of years and are familiar with how they work, the decision feels like a logical and natural progression.”
Following the acquisition, 3ManFactory will integrate Two Peculiar into its brand.
