Bean expands with new Coffee and Cocktails venue
North West coffee shop chain Bean has opened Coffee and Cocktails, a new venue in Liverpool’s business district.
Located at No 3 St Paul’s Square, the cafe will offer coffees, sandwiches and salads in the day, only to transform into a cocktail bar at night.
Bean’s director and co-founder, Jon Whyte, said: “We have been strengthening the Bean brand across the North West over recent years and have built up a strong reputation for excellent quality, ethically sourced coffee and delicious catering but the cocktail bar is a new concept for us as a business.
“We will have a wide range of classic drinks and cocktails on offer that will be created by specially trained bar tenders and we’re really excited for people to try them for themselves.”
He added: “We hope that Coffee and Cocktails will become a first port of call for people looking to unwind in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, no matter what the time of day.”
Open from Monday to Friday, the new business can be hired for events on Wednesday evenings.
Bean currently operates four sites in Greater Manchester and four in Liverpool.
