Rumi by Bukhara heats up the North West
Rumi by Bukhara is set to turn up the heat this winter with a range of aromatic and exotic culinary delights.
Ideal for friends, families and colleagues alike, the Mount Pleasant eatery will be serving up lunch and evening menus featuring a choicest selection of traditional Indian cuisine guaranteed to warm up diners even on the coldest of days.
General Manager of Rumi by Bukhara Faisal Patel said: “With the winter season upon us, it’s certainly going to get chillier, so we wanted to create an offering that would warm up the bellies of all of our customers. To do this, we will be serving up a selection of popular curries, such as Madras, Jalfrezi and Korma alongside more contemporary and hearty options like steaks and grills.
“As we are conveniently located within the bustling city centre, our cosy restaurant creates the perfect pit-stop for lunch in between a busy day of shopping for gifts, or even for a rewarding dinner at the end of a successful shopping trip. On Black Friday (November 27), the city’s busiest shopping day, we will be sure to provide a safe and welcoming haven away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded stores.“
The traditional Indian eatery also boasts an interesting pre-order menu, which allows diners to order an indulgent meal ahead of time with options including Roast Chicken, Roast Leg of Lamb or for the hungrier party, Whole Lamb. Each dish is marinated with an array of spices and roasted in the oven, and is complimented by a selection of sides such as natural gravy, pilau rice and fresh garden salad.
Faisal added: “At Rumi by Bukhara, we have noticed that our pre-order dishes are one of our more popular options. They are flavoursome and plentiful and so create the perfect opportunity for friends and family to get together and share and enjoy a gourmet feast. We even serve up a diverse kid’s menu guaranteed to satisfy the little ones in the family.“
