PH Homes Wins Multiple Awards
LUXURY residential developer PH Homes’ Hulme Hall development has become a multi-award winning project after receiving the Silver Prize for Best Renovation at the What House? ceremony.
The house builder took home the trophy from the What House awards last week, thanks to its thoughtful renovation of grade II listed grand house Hulme Hall in Cheadle Hulme.
This is its second award in so many months thanks to its recent win at the Sunday Times’ British Homes awards for best Conversion, Restoration and Refurbishment.
With the oldest part of the hall dating back to 1419, it is one of the only remaining grand homes in Manchester and has been home to many influential families over the generations.
PH Homes have now converted the grade II listed hall into three family homes with the construction of a further 11 new homes around a central courtyard.
Philip Hughes, Managing Director of PH Homes, said: “Winning this award is testament to the commitment and hard work of the team who delivered the stunning renovation of Hulme Hall.
“This award demonstrates the quality and care which has gone into this sensitive renovation of a centuries old building part of Manchester’s heritage.”
PH Homes was founded almost 20 years ago and quickly established a reputation for building the highest quality homes in the best locations. From listed barn conversions to the recreation of an English country estate, the team at PH Homes have built some of the finest homes in Cheshire. They are now focussing their attention on the traditional home market, creating a portfolio of stunning developments across the region for discerning buyers who demand the highest quality.
