Dodds Brown LLP appointed to market Teesside office space
Commercial property consultancy, Dodds Brown LLP will market more than 3,000 sq ft of office space at Teesdale Business Park in Thornaby-on-Tees.
Acting on behalf of GSE Systems, the Teesside firm is seeking to let 3,325 sq ft of high specification, fully refurbished office space on the second floor of Birch House on Teesdale Business Park, at a quoting rent of £11 per sq ft, with incentives available.
The open plan office space boasts a conference room, air conditioning, raised floors and a kitchen, with on-site car parking. Birch House is located off Princeton Drive at the southern end of Teesdale Business Park, close to Thornaby railway station.
Stephen Brown, Dodds Brown senior partner, who has worked in commercial property on Teesside for more than 30 years, believes that up to 30 new jobs could be created when the space is let.
He said: “With its location on the stunning River Tees waterfront site, easy access via the A66 and A19, generous car parking and its on-site facilities, it’s no wonder that the business park has attracted a host of premium occupiers such as Barclaycard and Durham University.
“We expect to generate interest from local, regional and national occupiers for this space.”
