Gateshead-based Northern Gas & Power is expanding Stateside, as the consultancy has announced that it will opening a new office in Dallas, Texas.
Part of its 2016 growth plans, the business will create 10 new jobs at NGP Americas, adding to plans for 60 new jobs to be created next year in their UK headquarters.

We already trade in the UK, Ireland and France and the successes we’ve experienced have given us the confidence to take our consultancy expertise to Texas, the biggest energy market in the world.”
“Some of our UK staff will relocate to Dallas and we’ll look to apply the same British ethics and values that have been at the heart of our success. By the end of next year, we’ll be employing 30 people in the US and 100 in the UK. The infrastructure already exists, following significant investment in the early part of this year, and the US operation will benefit hugely from the support of our UK arm.”
Northern Gas and Power’s UK growth projections for 2016 include the creation of 50 new sales positions and 10 back office support roles.
Rahul Jassal, Recruitment Manager at NGP, said: “We’re in the enviable position of being able to offer an enjoyable yet challenging career opportunity. We’re a secure and stable business with a well-considered and sustainable growth plan.
