London agent brought in to market one of Newcastle's largest office blocks
Highbridge Properties has appointed a London-based commercial property agent to market a Newcastle-based office block, believed to be one of the largest available new office buildings in the country outside London.
Bray Fox Smith, alongside existing agent BNP, will market the 125,874 sq ft of office space, Cobalt 23, at Cobalt Park, Newcastle.

“His expertise and experience is well matched to Cobalt 23 – the largest available new office building in the country outside London.”
Cobalt 23 offers 125,874 sq ft of office space. Cobalt Park is home to 20 major occupiers including NHS, Santander, Accenture, Hewlett Packard, EE and P&G to name a few.

In October Cobalt 13a, a 30,000sqft office building the site, was acquired in a £4.91m deal.
