Jennings Motor Group reveals takeover of Leeds Harley-Davidson

Jennings Motor Group has announced the takeover of Leeds Harley-Davidson in West Yorkshire, where it will sell both new and old versions of the iconic motorcycle.

Thee North East motor dealer group says the move comes as part of its plans to diversify its offering, providing sales of two-wheel vehicles as well as cars.

One of 30 Harley-Davidson sites nationwide, the Leeds dealership, which was established three years ago, employs a total of 12 staff.

Nas Khan, managing director of Jennings Motor Group, said; “We are absolutely delighted to announce the take-over of the Leeds Harley-Davidson dealership, which is now operating as part of the Jennings Motor Group.

“We are embarking on a completely new and exciting business venture and we are looking forward to further developing the highly prestigious brand on both a local and national level, in addition to increasing business across new and used sales, service, parts, accessories and merchandise.”

The company currently employs over 450 staff at Ford, Ford Direct, Kia, Mazda, SEAT and Mitsubishi dealerships located across Tyneside, Wearside, South Tyneside and Teesside.

Responsible for new and used retail, fleet, commercial and Motability sales, the group also operates service, MOT, accident repair centres and parts departments across its North East territory.
