Deloitte Real Estate brings 72-acre Greater Manchester site to market
The real estate arm of professional services firm Deloitte has brought a 72-acre development site in Greater Manchester to market.
Working on behalf of National Grid, Deloitte Real Estate has been appointed to find a buyer for the Heath Farm Lane site in Partington, Trafford.
Located within five miles of Altrincham, Heath Farm Lane is being offered for purchase by informal tender. According to Deloitte, the land offers potential for a large residential scheme.
Deloitte Real Estate director Angela Barnicle said: “Heath Farm Lane is regarded as a significant site in Trafford, and has the potential to play a key role in the area’s wider regeneration, by providing for a residential extension.
“We have already seen interest in developing the site to meet demand for quality residential space in the Greater Manchester area, supporting meaningful growth for both the local community and the ongoing city region strategy.”
