Three companies establish new Salford bases
Magnetic House in Media Village, Salford Quays, is set to welcome three new tenants.
Commercial property firm Canning O’Neill secured deals with Irish clothing company Portwest Clothing and builders Interserve Construction, which are taking 1,716 sq ft and 1,798 sq ft respectively on five-year leases.
Financial services provider Wilson Tarquin is also moving into Magnetic House, having signed up for 1,762 sq ft.
Owned by TH Real Estate, which acts on behalf of a Germany-based client, Magnetic House offers 21,000 sq ft of office accommodation set over three levels. The building is one of five properties making up the 120,000 sq ft Media Village development, which is home to mass media firm Guardian Media Group and clothing company Helly-Hansen.
Canning O’Neill is a joint agent for the scheme alongside Cushman & Wakefield.
The firm’s co-founder, Mark Canning, said: “Media Village is now generating very good interest, in line with general increased demand for offices in Salford Quays.
“The highly attractive deals on offer on a range of suite sizes, which also come with plentiful car parking and a Metrolink station at the end of the Quay, are ticking all the occupier boxes.”
