London burger concept selects Covent Garden for 12th venue

Honest Burgers has announced the acquisition of its 12th venue in London, due to open early next year.

Property agency, Shelley Sandzer has secured a new site in Covent Garden for Honest Burgers.

Founded by Dorian Waite, Tom Barton and Phil Eles in 2011, the brand will be launching a 2,000 sq ft site with space for 60 covers at 33 Southampton Street. Due to open in February 2016, the Covent Garden restaurant will be spread across an impressive three floors.

Dorian Waite, co-founder at Honest Burgers, added: “Shelley Sandzer brought both a personal approach and valuable knowledge to help us find and secure our new site.

“The new restaurant marks an exciting next step in the growth of our brand and we are very happy to be opening in one of the busiest, most popular locations in central London.”

Shelley Sandzer plays a key role in launching new entrants and unique concepts to the market, such as Patty&Bun, Portland restaurant and most recently, Blixen, Piquet and Maple and Fitz.
