WONDERSTUFF BRAND PROGRAMME START DATE – 26 JANUARY 2016

The Wonderstuff Brand Consultancy Programme provides opportunity, learning and results for ambitious organisations ready to implement change. Developed by Paul Alderson and Merlin Duff it provides Start ups and SME organisations with the clarity, knowledge and strategy to implement a clear brand and maximise the opportunity to achieve their goals.

It is designed to be undertaken by business owners and leaders, and organised to run alongside the needs of an existing working week, with all meetings scheduled at regular times throughout the programme.

Brand and business go hand in hand, and whilst the brass tacks of business are understood and implemented by many, brand is still seen as somewhat of a mythical element. This programme will show you how to consider, document and apply your brand. All delivered with logical, practiced and practical workshops and reporting. The outcomes will provide all the knowledge and resources to align your business and your vision, enabling you to develop a brand led organisation.

The impact for your organisation

The consultancy framework of this programme enables organisations to step back from the day to day and look at their long term goals, exploring, defining, and reporting the brand required to enable the business side of the organisation to operate successfully.

  • Define a clear brand and business vision
  • Identify a clear target audience
  • Document the process, including touchpoint and pinchpoints, to deliver the audience journey
  • Document the communications touchpoints and their importance in the process
  • Define the measurables to ensure the process and communications are successful
  • Develop a strategy to deliver the tools needed to achieve your brand vision

The structure and deliverables

The programme uses a combination of workshop meetings with key stakeholders, homework exercises and virtual meetings alongside our consultant documenting and reporting each stage of the process for you.

You will also receive a binder containing a full set of the printed, collated reports of your Brand Consultancy to ensure you can access and implement your brand within your organisation.

5 Months – 2-4 Hours each week. £8,900 +vat per place. 6 places available.

Places are reserved once a deposit payment of £2,000 +vat (non-refundable) has been received. Four further payments of £1,725 +vat are scheduled during the consultancy.
