Wyldecrest Parks acquires Cheshire retirement site
Residential park operator Wyldecrest Parks has expanded in the North West after acquiring a second site in Cheshire.
The company broadened its UK-wide portfolio with the addition of Bartington Hall, which includes 21 residential homes designed for retired and semi-retired individuals over the age of 50.
Wyldecrest Parks’ chairman, Alfie Best, said: “I’m really pleased with this new acquisition.
“This is a gorgeous location in rural Cheshire and I am sure that this site will become an even more popular choice amongst those who wish to spend their retirement age in a tranquil place, surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes.”
Following the acquisition, Wyldecrest Parks’ portfolio now encompasses 44 residential and holiday mobile home parks across England , Scotland and Wales.
The company saw its beginnings in 2001 when its chairman bought his first mobile home park in Essex. Today, Wyldecrest Parks is valued at £200m.
