Your Business

What were the highlights for your business in 2015?

Being part of and watching the progress our team are making, relocation to our new offices and adding 6 new talented colleagues to Synergi.

Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently this year?

Despite positive all round growth of new clients, staff and turnover up by 40%, I guess you always want more… so here’s to more again in 2016.

Is there anything we should watch out for your company doing next year?

New product launches… and hopefully lots more businesses will choose Synergi to transform and modernise their IT using Microsoft cloud technology.

Your Favourites

Have any other North East companies impressed you this year, if so - why?

There are lots of great established and new businesses in the North East, we are a hardy lot and have a great work ethic. Standouts for me would be Greggs for their growth and simple but effective approach.

Utilitywise and Collingwood Insurance have made great progress in 2015 and I think Close House should be mentioned for delivering the highest standards of golf and service in the region.

When Business gets on top of you, what do you do to destress?

Get home shut the doors and spend quality time with the wife and three kids… or… go to the many pubs in Ponteland and have a Grey Goose or three!

Have any social media accounts caught your eye this year / any favourite pages or people to follow?

Believe it or not, although Synergi is at the leading edge of technology I don’t personally do Facebook or Twitter etc.. I do enjoy reading the local business pages online though!

If you could do any job in the world what would it be?

Pro golfer (dreaming! )

If you could go back in time which piece of advice would you give your younger self?

Make tough decisions faster!

What would be the perfect Christmas gift ?

Easy…. More new golf balls!
