Nolan Redshaw Negotiate Disposal of Atheneum House
Nolan Redshaw Charterd Surveyors has negotiated the sale of the former headquarters of Children’s Services in Bury on behalf of Bury Metropolitan Borough Council.
Atheneum House, in Market Street, amounts to just short of 15,000 sq ft and is situated above the entrance to the Mill Gate Shopping Centre.
The purchase of the space will mean the building will be converted into a contact centre to service existing customers and clients of the children’s services.
Paul Nolan, director Nolan Redshaw, said: “This is a significant disposal for Bury Town Centre and the new occupier is setting up a contact centre to service existing customers and clients.
“It will provide a significant amount of extra footfall for the town centre and is a fantastic result for the town centre.”
For further information please contact Nolan Redshaw on 0161 7630828.
