Day 19: FedEx festive top tips for small businesses
#19 Give Thanks to Your Customers
Christmas is coming and at FedEx we want to help your business be fully prepared this festive season. FedEx customer Boda Skins advices on how to provide excellent customer service.
By Nathan Alexander, CEO and Founder, Boda Skins…
“All year round customer service is paramount at Boda Skins. So much so, we write personalised handwritten notes to accompany our handmade leather jackets, thanking the customer for their business. Christmas is a time for giving and saying thank you, and as a business shows your customers, new and old, how much you appreciate their support.
“Customer loyalty is important in every industry, but especially for those who are primarily online, like us. Online businesses could potentially find it harder to build a rapport with customers, so reaching out to them with special offers, or just saying thank you at Christmas time, could really set you apart from the competition.
“As an online business, we’re very active on social media. Remember to keep checking these channels as we’ve found the number of customers who contact us via them increases in the run up to Christmas.”
