Bradley Hall to branch out to Morpeth to facilitate expansion
North East property management company, Bradley Hall has revealed plans to open a fifth residential branch in Morpeth.
The new office, which will be based on Newgate Street, is set to open in early 2016. Three property experts will be on hand including current Alnwick branch manager, Matt Hoy, who is set to run Northumberland operations. Further recruitments are also anticipated.
Matt said: “Morpeth has seen a great deal of development recently making it an up and coming area for potential home buyers. There are some fantastic new build properties set to come to market in the near future and a range of high quality existing homes.
“I look forward to overseeing the new operation and being part of Bradley Hall as it successfully expands across the North East.”

Bradley Hall also announced three new recruitments and the promotion of a long standing team member thanks to a range of successful projects across the North East.
The company has promoted chartered surveyor Tim Aisbitt to associate director, who specialises in agency, commercial development and investment work from the Grey Street office. Rosie has 10 years of experience within the industry and joins the company as property executive. Her role will include appraisals, working alongside solicitors and organising important viewings for clients and potential buyers.
Kristian joins Bradley Hall as a graduate surveyor within the commercial floor of the newly expanded Grey Street office. The Northumbria University alumni recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate.
The third recruit is Carl O’Brien who will take up the role of senior surveyor specialising in rent and lease renewals. He graduated in 2010 from Northumbria University with a BsC Hons Degree in Estate management and has since become a fully accredited chartered surveyor.
Managing Director Neil Hart said: “We ended 2015 on a high with a range of valuable additions to the Bradley Hall team.
“2015 was a year of great success, including the opening of our new office in Alnwick, expansions in Newcastle City Centre and confirmation that we will be opening a 5th office in Morpeth, as well as potential for further recruitments in the New Year.”
