New Staff Appointments Direct Cavendish Residential’s Future

Nottingham based Cavendish Residential has announced the appointments of a new Director of Lettings, an Investment Consultant and a Sales Consultant as the firm looks to strengthen each of its divisions.

The appointments of Marcus Russell, 32, as Director of Lettings, Erica Williamson, 51, and Nick Landa, 23, as Sales Consultant and Investment Consultant respectively are evidence of the property consultancy’s commitment to employing the most knowledgeable individuals to join the team.

Following the launch of the Cavendish Group’s latest arm, Cavendish Sales earlier this year, the firm has continued to prioritise quality over quantity in its recruitment policy to promote strength from within and to ensure future growth.

Owner of Cavendish Residential, Ali Baylav, 36, said: “We are always very particular about who we employ to join the Cavendish family and always look for the best people to fill any role. I am delighted to bring in Nick and Erica and to promote Marcus into a director position as all three are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our clients”.

“Marcus was our General Manager but we wanted to give him more ownership and with his knowledge and experience, clients know that they have someone 24/7 who understands the market and is dedicated to keeping them happy.”

Ali has appointed Marcus, as a reward for his dedication and extremely good customer service. Marcus has continually put the needs of clients at the forefront of his own and his colleague’s minds and Ali wanted to give him more ownership of the business.
