Award winning site manager at new Barratt development
Bob Burgess has been appointed to oversee construction at Barratt Homes’ new St Matthias development in Bristol where work is underway to create a community of more than 200 new homes.
Bob is a site manager for the five star housebuilder and has been working in the industry for more than 45 years. He has achieved national recognition during his career, having been honoured several times in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards and winning praise for his work on developments in the Bristol area.
Barratt Homes’ St Matthias development, on the former site of the UWE Bristol St Matthias Campus in Fishponds, will feature 220 two to five bedroom homes. The first show home is set to open in Spring 2016.
Barratt Homes omemanaging director Russell Glimstead said: “Site managers such as Bob play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality new homes and it is this quality which should inspire confidence in our buyers.”
