Rockliffe Hall wins Award of Excellence
Rockliffe Hall, in Hurworth, County Durham, has won the Guest Review Award from the world’s leading online accommodation booking website, Booking.com
The hotel, the only one in the North of England to hold 5 AA red stars, achieved a rating of 9.4 out of 10, based on guest reviews, at the end of 2015.
The Award of Excellence is given out by Booking.com to properties annually, in honour of their achievements over the past year as measured by their overall guest review score.
Eamonn Elliott, Chief Executive at Rockliffe Hall, said: “We strive to give every one of our guests the best possible experience from the moment they enquire and book, until the moment they leave Rockliffe Hall. We’re delighted that the countless people who’ve stayed with us, via booking.com, have felt compelled to leave such positive reviews and we will continue to work hard to make their next stay even better!”
Rockliffe Hall boasts 61 sumptuous guestrooms and suites, three superb restaurants, an award-winning spa and 18-hole championship golf course. Rockliffe recently invested £1 million in a new Spa Garden to enhance the spa experience and has plans for further investment to enhance its services in 2016.
