Reading VIPs celebrate opening of brand new development
A brand new community near Reading has officially opened. Croft Gardens, in Spencers Wood, is the latest development from David Wilson Homes and features three and four bedroom homes and stylish two bedroom apartments.
The development celebrated its official launch with a VIP event, attracting guests including local councillors Cllr Jacqueline Greenway and Cllr John Peer.
Welcoming visitors Rob Allen, sales director at David Wilson Homes, said: “We are extremely proud of what has been achieved here at Croft Gardens. The homes look absolutely fantastic and it is exciting to know we have built not just a collection of houses but a whole new community. By far the most rewarding part of our job is seeing the smiles on people’s faces as they move into their new homes and the official opening of the development takes us one step closer to that.”
Croft Meadows features a mixture of traditional houses, apartments and townhouses. All fuse traditional architecture and modern design and have been fitted with the very latest building materials to make them up to four times more energy efficient than older properties. Prices start from £635,000.
