Connells announces exclusive new homes in Newton Abbot
House buyers in South Devon will get an exclusive preview of new homes being built in Newton Abbot this January, thanks to estate agent Connells and housebuilder Barratt Homes.
Connells has been appointed as the exclusive agent for Barratt Homes’ new Hawthorn Rise development, which will feature a range of one, two, three and four bedroom homes. To mark the partnership, Connells is holding an exclusive launch event at Connells, 4 Bank Street, Newton Abbot TQ12 2JW on January 30 and January 31st, where buyers will be able to get a first look at detailed plans for the development, hear prices and reserve plots before the show home opens in March.
Its close proximity to Torquay and Exeter, coupled with its spacious and well-designed homes, will undoubtedly make it popular with local buyers and Connells is expecting high interest at the launch event on January 30.“
Barratt Homes’ sales director Sara Parker said: “Connells has a fantastic track record in delivering excellent service and pairing buyers with their perfect home, which is why we are proud to appoint the company as our exclusive agent for Hawthorn Rise.”
Hawthorn Rise is set to launch in 2018 and will feature 133 one, two, three and four bedroom homes. It is expected that more than 260 jobs will be supported throughout the duration of the three-year project.
