Leeds’ McCarthy’s Business Centre grows with four new tenants
Four new tenants have now relocated to McCarthy’s Business Centre’s Meanwood Road offices in Leeds.
J F Felton Accountants has taken a six-person office, whilst Vision Training, which provides NVQs, diplomas and apprenticeships for care staff, has leased an office for four people.
Running Wild, the student events and promotions company, has moved in a team of three, with the same size office also now home to ADM Accountancy.
McCarthy’s Business Centre offers serviced and fully furnished offices for up to 25 businesses of varying sizes in a converted mill building which opened in 2008.
Mike McCarthy, who heads up McCarthy’s Business Centre, said: “We’re delighted to welcome four new organisations to the Business Centre. It’s a vibrant business community, which offers companies great flexibility as they grow.
“For many organisations, a business centre offers them the chance to step up to the next level, with a managed receptionist and meetings facilities, whilst keeping costs controlled because of the inclusion of services, facilities and business rates. There’s even superfast broadband included within the rent.”
Kirk Allen at Running Wild added: “McCarthy’s Business Centre is in a really convenient location, and it has the added bonus of separate onsite storage facilities, which is ideal for our business.
“We have a lot of stock, which varies according to what upcoming events we have in the diary, and there’s no pointing wasting precious office space by having boxes piled up. The flexibility and ease of having both on the same site means it offers great value for money.”
A family-owned business established 45 years ago, McCarthy’s also offers residential and commercial removal services, self-storage centres in Leeds, Harrogate and Wakefield, and a range of business services including archived storage and confidential document shredding.
