Manchester entrepreneur Neil McKay founds new digital venture
North West businessman Neil McKay has launched a conversion optimisation company in Manchester.
The new venture, Endless Gain, will operate from a 3,000 sq ft office on Portland Street as it works to help clients turn online visitors into customers.
Neil launched the company take advantage of the UK’s growing ecommerce sector, which online retail association Interactive Media in Retail Group has forecast to hit a value of £126bn in 2016.
As a Manchester-based entrepreneur, Neil has so far established three digital marketing companies, the most recent of which, Lakestar Media, was sold to global marketing firm McCann Worldgroup in 2012.
Neil commented: “With today’s highly competitive markets, businesses need to be more scientific in how they approach business growth.
“As well as converting more visitors into customers, conversion optimisation enables companies to maximise investment in their various marketing channels.”
Endless Gain will have an in-house usability testing lab that utilises techniques such as eye-tracking technology, which reveals how potential customers use an interface.
